about Grow Together
Grow Together is a design team that works with clients in developing personalized earth-care-plans. We believe in a “hands in” approach, encouraging community engagement at every stage of the process, and getting as many “hands in” the soil as possible. Our team strives to embody and model collaborative design and mutual-aid. In working alongside our clients we provide guidance, opportunity and permission to develop intimate relationships to place and earth-based practices.
At Grow Together, clients are Collaborators. Our collaborators are seeking services related to the design and installation of home-scale gardens, landscapes, and other ecological systems. Our approach emphasizes education and empowerment, with the goal that our collaborators may one day maintain and manage their land independently of our services.
Our team looks at on-site resources and designs systems that provide connections between people and place.
Our collaborations focus on reciprocal and regenerative practices that give voice to the relational nature of earth-based stewardship.

about Tayloranne
I believe that land-stewardship is ultimately a form of earth-care, and that learning how to better care for the Earth is an urgent social need. In working together with the Earth, we address this social need, and work towards creating a Culture of Care.
I have been collaborating in garden and farm projects for 10 years and have been blessed to work alongside diverse groups of people on land-based projects in Oregon, Louisiana, North Carolina and California. My travels have allowed me to observe eclectic landscapes, project-designs and stewardship practices. My education has come through deep observation, direct participation in organic farming, medicinal herb cultivation, and most recently through The Earth Activist Network’s Permaculture Design and Regenerative Land Management programs. When not gardening, I enjoy making theater and playing with fiber arts. I perform in a musical clowning duo of puppetry and joy propaganda with the Cowtown Serenaders and enjoy quilting with natural dyed cloth. My most grown plant, and beloved ally, is Tulsi- Holy Basil and I’m currently humming Get Together by the Young Bloods.
I am dedicated to supporting projects that center mutual-aid and earth-care. I love to discuss community ideas and do my best to build connections people-to-people and people-to-place. If you’d like a listening ear in dreaming forward a project you have in mind, please reach out.
